Le thème de cette année dépasse les frontières régionales puisque deux collègues vignerons bio du Jura et du Chateauneuf du Pape nous rejoindrons pour l'occasion. Entrée libre et animations gratuites comme d'habitude (hors déjeuner Slow Food 23 euro / personne et spectacle du soir 5 euro / personne, Comédie de l'Est)

Le programme:

11h00 - dégustation commentée par les vignerons de grands blancs du Rhone, du Jura et d'Alsace. Agrémentés de tartines printanières aux graines. Vous pourrez ainsi découvrir les crus du Chateau Simian et d'Eric et  Bérengère Thill. Constultez leur site internet et leur carte des vins, passez commande, iet retirez les vins chez nous ce jour là. Vous voulez gouter d'abord ? parfait ! ils auront un petit stock avec eux pour la vente sur place

12h30 - vous avez le choix:

- un déjeuner VIP SLOW: accord vins et mets par le convivium Slowfood du Haut Rhin le Schnackala. Sur réservation uniquement, servi à table dans la salle du Vignoble Klur, commentaires de dégustation par Nicolas Senn oenophile expert.  Au menu: que du "bon, juste et propre" et des "produits sentinelles"
Finger food à l'apéro et les grianes ne seront pas oubliées,  accompagnés d'un crémant de Clément sans sulfites ajoutées pour ouvrir les festivités, risotto de petit epeautre et Ventrèche de porc noir de Biggorre et son vin rouge surprise proposé par Chateau Simian, et pour finir rromages de la vallée de Munster et surprise du Jura proposée par Eric Thill au prix de 23 euro par personne tout compris. Il y a 25 places disponibles !

- marché de produits fermiers pour composer votre pique nique sur place, succulentes patisseries de l'école Mathias Grunewald (pédagogie Steiner). Profitez de l'ambiance champêtre du jardin. Balançoire, jeux géants, hamacs, chaises longues, tables et bancs à disposition

15h00 - dégustation commentée par les vignerons de grands rouges du Rhone, du Jura et d'Alsace. Et encore des graines en galettes, en tartines, en ...

12 à 18h: partez à la découverte sur notre plate bande des initiatives:

- de Semences Paysannes alsaciennes, Kerna un Sohma, et la bombe à graines !

- des graines Sativa avec Alain Schill et la librairie SOS Culture, tout pour réussir votre potager bio

- des jeux collectifs en graines et ... en bois, avec l'association JeuKdo, bien mieux que la télé !

- des soins relaxants d'Agnes Stadler sur vos plantes de pieds, et démonstrations bien être d'Anne Bauer

- visite: construire une piscine naturelle "en 10 leçons" et vous pouvez la tester !
- visite du domaine avec le vigneron bien sûr, explications sur la culture bio, la biodynamie, les travaux de saison, la vinification naturelle et sur tout ce que vous voulez savoir ...

- le réseau des producteurs fermiers de la Ruche qui dit Oui et plus particulièrement celle de Turkheim

19h: la Comédie de l'Est décentralise son spectacle L'homme qui plantait des arbres de Jean Giono (encore une histoire de graines) dans la cave. Contribution de soutien au spectacle et à la programmation de la Comédie de l'Est, de 5 euro par personne, durée 1 heure.

Open wine cellar this sunday december 9th 2013. Time to find some authentic gifts from nearby farmers and producers. Also wine tasting highlights (party wines, white wine and cheese pairing, vintage 2012 tasting from the tuns). For lunch herb soup, cheese plate and bread brought some help for the AKA projects in Senegal.  Detailed programm and link in read more. On friday for the traditionnal story evening before christmas we welcomed Michel Guillou and Nasredine. Some snow falled on the christmas decorations the night before...



It was a nice and friendly atmosphere yesterday night. The medialibrary of the valley of Kaysersberg has invited the storytellers Frédéric Duvaud et Annukka Nyyssönen; within the programm of this autumn "Histoires d'en rire". We could listen to these stories all the night along...well-furnished, tender, delicious, moreover, wines also showed themselves by approbing with many "bloup ». Self-made cakes by the medialibrary and  Gentil de Katz offered by the Klur winestate followed this event in the cheerfulness. Path of lights toward the cellar, an enthousiastic public, comedians in a great form and sometimes particular atmospheres with a state-of-the-art lighting  !

Always on whit monday, always during the Printemps Bio and the  Pique Nique chez le Vigneron season, it's our yearly appointment to let you meet our partner, local producer and to let you discover our wines and perhaps other way of life. Workshops at 10:30 am, only on request :
they are free! But exchange a poetry, a saussage, a self-made jam, a kiss, flowers, a book with the animator will make your day... 
- recipes ideas to cook wild grass picked on the cellar and transformed by Clarisse Zenner, more about  Cie des Oiseaux Rares
-  the 'initiation to painting class with Christian*,painting teatcher, painter, he will take you from mounts to vineyards
- a poetic and wine stroll around the Sommerberg with St Phonie , our colourfull holy protector!
An apéritif will be offered at the end of these workshops, but there are not so much places, please  register you now !

At twelve: lunch time :  barbecue plate to book from now. Soup with wild grass, salads with cereals and fresh vegetables, organic meat from the ferme du Busset, drinks included. Also vegetarian plate. Please, book it now:15€/pers. Desserts and warm drinks by the 7th class of the school l'école Mathias Grunewald de Logelbach (Steiner pedagaogy). No barter possible

Workshops in the afternnoon, at 2:30pm we exchange again a kiss, flowers, books, invitation ... against:
- the knowledge of the wines and the vine with our holy protector St Phonie
- an initiation to the painting with walnut stain with  Christian painter
- wellness and qi gong with Dominique Collardey
- massage shiatsu with Nicole Bezu next to the natural pond...

Exchange of culinary preparations at 4pm (déposit at latest at 3pm) : a real  troc food organised by le Schnackala, convivium Slow Food from the Haut Rhin. It's simple: you cook with love 2 or 3 preparations, put label on it with your name and the name of the recipe. Everything is organic and local of course.You let your chutney, self-made jam, cakes, sirups, etc... (please no products to put in the fridge) at 3pm and you are ready... at 4pm, the barter starts, that goes very fast, and you leave with magnificient unknown flavours, can exchange your recipes, and will make delicious meeting...

The association Organic Wine Tours of which we are member has enjoyed the professional organic wine fair, Millésime Bio, end of January to organise a press conference and hold his yearly meeting. Friendly atmosphere around bottles from Fronton, Bergerac, Montlouis, Alsace, Beaujolais areas, Chez Boris à Montpellier. To recommend, also the  chambres d'Autres d'Alexandre (guestrooms) in the heart of the old city. Think of a wine journey for 2012 at one of the wine-growers estate of the association and be a  fan.

Every 2 years, we open the doors of the wine estate and hope that a lot of families and wine lovers will come to discover organic way of life and wine productions. 300 people came this year for this national french event ,  Printemps Bio, a highlight tot discover farms and estates and spend a wonderfull day. It's at Klur on the 24th of April 2010 ! Come and share with us this meeting around Wine and Words on the theme of the biodiversity. You can come for a while or all along the day, the entrance is free but you have to reserve for the lunch before the 20th of April. Besides the animations at set time, you will find: a reading lounge, a books dedication by the authors, wine-books exchange: you come with yours and you change them with others.... At the professional wine fair in Düsseldorf, PROWEIN, you can find our Alsace wines in the Hall 7A stand AC 23, we share it with 2 others organic wines, friend winegrowers for a long time:  Domaine Paire in Ternand Bourgogne organic Beaujolais and  Chateau de Bellevue in Lussac St Emilion, organic Bordeaux .
