The wine ? Originating from a calcium and clay rich earth, this pinot gris is classified and fine: its flavors of honey, quince, and ripe fruits takes on nuances once combined in the mouth. A distinguished ensemble, fresh and persistant. May be served immediately with duck canard and quince for example (residual sugars "16g/l)".  www.klur.net
